At Comfort One Shoes, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and want to ensure you find the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
